1. The customer who isn't satisfied with the lace wigs, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.
2.Please make sure the WIG is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
3. Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make exchange or return.
4. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
5. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the wig. For refund cases the shipping fee will be deducted form your refund. But if it is quality problem, you get full refund. After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the wig back to us
6. In order to ensure the safe transport of the wig ,be sure to contact us before sending the wig back, Please ! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
7. This promise is applied for the stock lace wigs, not include custom lace wigs, special offer products unless there is quality problem.
